We keep it short because we do not do much with your information: we use it to answer you and to do the job you asked about. ## Who we are Wilbert Navarrete, doing business as WNC Home Improvement ("we", "us") operates this website. To reach us about anything in this policy, call or text (650) 474-9096. ## What we collect We collect information in four ways. - What you send us through the estimate form: your first and last name, phone number, email address (optional), the services you are interested in, when you want the work done, your address or city (optional), your message (optional), how you heard about us (optional), whether you prefer a call or a text, and your text-message choices. - What is recorded with a submission: your IP address, your browser type (the "user agent"), the date and time, the language of the page you used, and the exact consent wording you saw. We keep these so we can show what you agreed to and to stop abuse of the form. - What our hosting provider records on every visit: like almost every website, our pages are served by Cloudflare, which logs requests (including IP addresses) for security and reliability. We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking scripts. The only cookie we set ourselves remembers your language choice if you pick one, and only then. - The bot check and the map: the estimate form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which looks at browser and device signals to tell people from bots. The contact section embeds a Google map, which loads from Google and may set Google cookies or collect information under Google’s own privacy policy. You can use the rest of the site without either. ## How we use it We use the information to reply to you, schedule and prepare an estimate, do and follow up on the work, keep our own business records, and send you text messages only in the ways you chose on the form. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising. ## Who we share it with We share information only with the service providers that make the website and our messages work: Cloudflare (hosting, the bot check, and the database where estimate requests are stored), Google (the embedded map), and, if we text you, the messaging provider and the wireless carriers that deliver the messages. Each of them handles data under its own privacy policy. We may also disclose information if the law requires it. We do not sell or share your personal information with anyone for their own marketing. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. ## Text messages If you tick the box for updates about your request, we may text you about scheduling, reminders and the status of your job. If you tick the box for offers, we may text you occasional offers. Each is optional, neither is a condition of getting an estimate or hiring us, and you can stop either at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP, or call or text (650) 474-9096, for help. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. The details of the program are in our Terms. ## How long we keep it We keep estimate requests and job records until you ask us to delete them. If you asked for texts, we keep a record of your consent and of any STOP request so we can honour it. ## Your choices You can ask to see the information we have about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted at any time: call or text (650) 474-9096. We will answer within 30 days and there is no charge. You can stop text messages by replying STOP to any message. ## Do Not Track We do not track you across other websites and we do not respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals, because there is nothing for them to switch off. Google may collect information through the embedded map according to its own policy; no other third party collects information about your activity over time and across sites through this website. ## Children This website is for adults arranging work on a home or business. It is not directed at anyone under 16 and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it. ## Security The site is served over HTTPS. Estimate requests are stored in a database that only the owner can open, behind a password. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee it, but we keep what we collect to a minimum and do not share it beyond the providers named above. ## Changes to this policy The effective date is at the top of this page. If we change the policy in a way that matters, we will post the new version here with a new date.
